Our overnight sits are designed to give your pets the comfort and companionship they need while you’re away. We serve their meals, give any needed supplements or medications, spend at least five hours with them during the day, take them on three struts around the neighborhood, and stay overnight to help them feel safe and cared

Need a little extra care during the day? You can add on time to walks or extend the hours we stay in your home to create the perfect setup for your pet.

To ensure that service is available for others, a 50% deposit is required upon booking overnights. The deposit is due within 72 hours upon booking. Deposits are partially, 50% refundable if cancellations are made before 6 weeks of the service start date.

• We stay at least from 7am-9am, 1pm-2pm, and 6pm-8pm

Meet & Greet

For all new clients booking an overnight sit for the first time, we require a $5 meet and greet. This allows us to get acquainted with your pet, understand their needs, and ensure a smooth transition while you’re away.

Emergency Planning

Your pet’s safety is our top priority. In the event of a medical emergency, we will follow your designated veterinarian’s instructions and transport your pet to the nearest available emergency veterinary clinic if needed. We require all clients to provide emergency contact information and a preferred veterinary clinic upon booking.

Additionally, in case of an evacuation due to severe weather, fire, or other emergencies, we will coordinate a safe exit plan for your pet and communicate with you immediately. If alternative arrangements are needed, we will ensure that your pet is relocated to a secure location until further instructions are provided.

WiFi Access Requirement

Reliable internet access is essential for our pet care specialists to ensure smooth communication with pet owners, coordinate emergency services if necessary, and access important pet care resources. We require that clients provide a stable WiFi connection for our specialists during their stay. This enables us to keep you updated with real-time photos and reports, ensuring your peace of mind while you are away.
