If you’re meeting us for the first time, schedule a phone call with us so we can get to know what your pet(s) needs! We would then plan a meet n’ greet that is structured around helping your pet(s) feel as safe and comfortable as possible when meeting a new friend.

If the time that you need is unavailable, please reach out anyway! Depending on which neighborhood we’re serving at the time, we may be able to fit in care for your fur babies.
About Arrival Time Window
When booking, you can select an arrival window. Priority is given to folks who have scheduled a service within the arrival time window. You can select an arrival time window preference if it is outside the scheduled time; just know that Leo will prioritize folks who have scheduled their services within the arrival time window, and may not be able to meet your preference.
Leo does his best to arrive within your selected time window, but depending on travel from other neighborhoods and how tight the schedule is, there may occasionally be slight delays. Thank you for your understanding!
