About Arrival Time Flexibility
When booking, you can select an arrival window—like “At requested time,” “30 minutes,” “1 hour,” and more. The time you pick (e.g. 12:00 PM) will be the center of that window. This helps avoid scheduling issues from overestimated travel time and allows Leo to offer more availability for walks and drop-ins.
Please allow for a bit of flexibility with arrival times.
Leo does his best to arrive within your selected time window, but depending on travel from other neighborhoods and how tight the schedule is, there may occasionally be slight delays. Thank you for your understanding!
